The investment seeks to provide investors with returns that are twice those of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in a portfolio of FLexible EXchange® Options (“FLEX Options”) that reference the SPDR® S&P 500® ETF Trust (the “Underlying ETF”), an exchange-traded fund registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 (the “1940 Act”). The Underlying ETF seeks to track the investment results of the S&P 500 Index, a large-cap, market-weighted, U.S. equities index that tracks the performance of 500 leading companies in leading industries. It is non-diversified.
