The investment objective of Emerging Asia Bond Fund is to seek maximum total return consistent with prudent investment management. The Fund invests in a combination of Fixed Income Instruments of issuers that are economically tied to Asia ex-Japan countries with emerging securities markets, related derivatives (of the type detailed below) on such securities and emerging market currencies. No more than 25% of the Fund’s assets may be invested in securities that are convertible into equity securities. The Fund may invest without limit in non-USD denominated Fixed Income Instruments and non-USD denominated currency positions.
