Summary
Le Fonds a pour objet d’être investi à hauteur de 60 % de son actif dans des PME régionales qui, à la date de l’investissement, auront moins de 250 salariés, un chiffre d’affaires inférieur à 50 millions d’euros et un total de bilan inférieur à 43 millions d’euros et qui ont de fortes perspectives de croissance. Vu les régions d’investissement, le fonds sera plutôt investi dans des PME de 20 à 70 salariés, mais il ne s’interdira pas d’investir dans des PME ne répondant pas à ce critère. En outre, pour être éligibles, ces PME devront exercer leur activité principalement dans l’une des quatre régions définies ci-dessous comme la zone d’activité du fonds, en ligne avec l’article R 214-87 du Code Monétaire et Financier.
