The company was formerly known as Modern Education Group Limited and changed its name to Hong Kong Education (Int'l) Investments Limited in June 2013. Hong Kong Education (Int'l) Investments Limited was founded in 1997 and is headquartered in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong.
