Summary
The Portfolio’s objective is to seek to provide a stable level of current income, with the preservation of the Portfolio’s capital value. The Portfolio will invest primarily in senior secured non-investment grade floating rate loans issued in USD, Euro and GBP by North American and European Union corporations. The loans will be considered non-investment grade if, at the time of investment, they are rated below the four highest categories by at least two Recognised Rating Agencies or, if unrated, are deemed by the Investment Manager to be of comparable quality.
